The fourth record of Heavy Psych Sounds’ Doom Sessions series featuring Bongzilla & Tons is out today! I’m particularly proud of it, being the 40th officially released album I’ve worked on.
We recorded Tons’ side during lockdown, tracking everything live in an afternoon, overdubbing vocals, synths & solos. We never tried live tracking before, but having spent some time in preproducing it, everything went super smooth and the results turned out pretty well. Hear for yourself:
